Each company sends its own schemes every month, and each one has its own rules. Missing a scheme loses you the chemist. Giving one wrongly loses you the margin. Oxewill holds every company's scheme with its validity, slabs and conditions, applies it at billing and keeps the record you need to claim it back.

Every scheme type
Free quantity such as 10+1, percentage and flat discounts, value slabs, mixed-item schemes, half schemes and chemist-specific special rates.
Validity and limits
Schemes start and stop on their dates. Set a cap per chemist, per area or in total, and Oxewill stops applying it once the cap is reached.
Applied at billing
When a bill qualifies, the scheme is added on its own and shown on the invoice. When the chemist is two strips short of a slab, staff are told.
Free goods from the right batch
Free quantity is drawn from stock by FEFO like any other line, and expired batches can never be passed off as free goods.
Company claim statements
For every company, see the schemes you passed on, the free goods given and the discount value, ready to send with your claim.
Scheme visibility for chemists
Running schemes show in the chemist app and to salesmen, so chemists order to the slab instead of asking about it after the bill.

Can one item have more than one scheme at a time?
Yes. You set the priority, and you choose whether schemes stack or the best one for the chemist is applied.
Can I give a special rate to one chemist?
Yes. Chemist-specific rates and discounts sit alongside company schemes, and both are shown on the bill.
What if staff change a scheme on a bill?
Manual changes need a reason and the right permission, and they appear in the owner's daily exceptions report.
