Medicines and licences
- Do not use Oxewill to sell or distribute medicines without a valid drug licence
- Do not attempt to bill expired, spurious, misbranded or recalled stock, or to work around the batch block
- Do not use Oxewill to supply Schedule H, H1 or X drugs in breach of the rules that apply to them
- Keep chemist drug licence details accurate and current
WhatsApp and messages
- Send order confirmations, reminders and payment links only to chemists and buyers you do business with
- Do not use Oxewill to send bulk promotional messages to people who have not agreed to receive them
- Follow the policies of WhatsApp and any other messaging service you connect
Data and access
- Do not share logins or give access to people outside your business
- Do not upload data you have no right to hold
- Do not try to access another distributor's account or data
- Do not probe, scan or test the security of the service without written permission
The system itself
- Do not overload the service with automated requests outside the API limits of your plan
- Do not copy, resell or reverse engineer the software
- Do not use the service to store or send malicious code
If these rules are broken
We may suspend access, remove content or close an account that breaks these rules, and we may report unlawful activity to the authorities. Where possible, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
