Agreement
By creating an Oxewill account or using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of the distribution business you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Oxewill is software for pharma stockists, super-stockists, C&F agents, surgical and OTC distributors and hospital supply distributors. It includes order taking, batch and expiry stock, scheme management, retailer credit, dispatch planning, returns and AI reorder suggestions, as described for each plan.
Free trial
New accounts get a 30-day free trial of the chosen plan, with help importing your data. Nothing is charged automatically when the trial ends. To continue, you choose a plan.
Accounts and users
- You are responsible for the users you create and for keeping their logins private
- Each login is for one person. Shared logins are not allowed
- Remove users who leave your business so they lose access
- Tell us at once if you suspect someone has used your account without permission
Plans and fees
Fees are charged per user per month for the plan you choose, as listed on the Plans page at the time you subscribe. Applicable taxes are added. Changes to your number of users apply from the next billing month.
We will give account owners at least 30 days' notice of any price change.
Your legal responsibilities
You remain responsible for complying with the Drugs and Cosmetics Act and Rules, your drug licence conditions, GST law and every other law that applies to your business.
Oxewill helps you keep records organised and blocks expired and recalled batches from billing, but it does not replace your own checks, your registered pharmacist, or your legal obligations.
AI suggestions
AI Reorder Brain forecasts and draft purchase orders and returns are suggestions based on your data. They may be wrong. A person in your team must review and approve them before anything is sent, and you are responsible for what you approve.
Your data
You own the business records you put into Oxewill. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service. You can export them at any time while your account is active.
Acceptable use
You agree to follow the Acceptable Use policy, including not using Oxewill to sell expired, spurious or unlicensed medicines, or to send unsolicited messages to people who are not your customers.
Availability and support
We work to keep Oxewill available at all hours, including during the evening order rush. Planned maintenance is scheduled outside common billing hours where possible, and announced in advance.
Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost business.
Ending the agreement
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or that is used for unlawful activity. Before closure, you will have the chance to export your data, except where the law prevents it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, have jurisdiction.
