Questions

What distributors ask us first.

Does it block expired medicines?

Yes, automatically at billing. An expired or recalled batch cannot be added to a sale bill, a free-goods line or a stock transfer, and staff cannot override this.

Can chemists order on WhatsApp?

Yes. Chemists keep messaging your business number. Oxewill reads typed lists and photos of order books, maps the items and puts the order in your billing queue.

Does it handle Schedule H and H1 records?

Yes. Items are tagged by schedule and Schedule H1 sales are recorded with the buyer, batch and quantity in a register you can print or export.

Can we import from our current software?

Yes. Item masters, chemists, batch stock, outstanding bills and schemes can be imported from common pharma billing software exports or Excel. Migration help is included in the free trial.

Does the AI place purchase orders on its own?

No. It drafts, you approve. Every purchase order and expiry return stays a draft until your purchase manager sends it.

How long does setup take?

Most of the work is mapping your data. A typical stockist sends data on day one, has it mapped within the first week, and runs Oxewill in parallel with the old system for the rest of the trial.

Do we need new computers?

No. Oxewill runs in the browser on the computers already at your billing counter, and on phones for salesmen, drivers, pickers and the owner.

How is pricing calculated?

Per user per month. Chemists using the ordering app are not counted as users. See the Plans page for what each carton includes.
